I met with Thaddeus for the first lesson. Tad realizes that boy and girls learn differently. My son is no exception. Tad is very encouraging and teaches my son how to learn. So it's been 2 months of once a week tutoring with Tad. My sons average went from 2 failed semesters (below 55%) in Spanish to a 72.3%!! This has been so wonderful to my sons self esteem. He enjoys Tad coming over, sitting at the dining room table and getting Hi-5'd for correct answers, joking here and there, being treated with respect by someone he respects. My son is now being tutored with Tad an extra day a week for English! Woot.
